I started my career in Real Estate in 1985 and received my Brokers license two years later in 1987. I opened Baer & Company Realtors in 1987 serving both residential and commercial real estate needs. These included site selections and warehouse space for Wal-Mart. After many years, I decided to dedicate my time to residential real estate only and joined Crye-Leike Realtors. In my twelve years at Crye-Leike I became a life member of the Crye-Leike Million Dollar Club, consistently receiving top sales awards as well as the company’s highest achievement The Circle of Excellence Award. With this, I was made Vice President of the company.

I have obtained the professional designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES). I continue to pursue educational opportunities in my field in order to keep up with the ever-changing industry.

In January of 2015, I decided to again open my own company when the opportunity presented itself.  I now enjoy serving the needs of my clients at Broad Avenue Realty and invite you to experience the difference in “Baer Country”. Most of my business is helping residential buyers and sellers as well as assisting investors to add single and multiple family properties to their portfolios.
